Amazing Kisumu Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2021 to create a more just, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable Kisumu through the power of creativity and agility in the youth population.
Through innovation, collaboration, and education, the foundation supports projects and initiatives that promote the blue economy, urban resilience, net zero emissions, and youth empowerment.
We work with the youth, indigenous people, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, to allow them to express themselves, tell their stories, and challenge the status quo.
We also collaborate with other organizations, donors, and stakeholders across the creative ecosystem to amplify the voices and impact of our participants.
We also work with businesses, government, and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions for urban development, environmental conservation, social inclusion, and economic growth.
Our mission is to make Kisumu a place where everyone can thrive and enjoy the beauty and diversity of this vibrant city.
